Beauty Post: Top 6 2019 Beauty Trends!!

Happy Friday! Happy New Year too! I cannot believe Kisses & Couture is one years old already! This has been one of the best years for me because I created my fashion blog last January to start off my 2018 the right way. I have been on my grind with my fashion blog for a year now! Today’s post is going to beauty post on 6 Top Make Up Trends For 2019 To Try! I love make up, because there are so many new fun trends to try out and spice up my make up routine with! These trends will sure turn heads once you try them out this year!! This blog post is for all of my fellow make up fanatics! I’m excited to try out these new make up trends this year, to get that full glam and glowing look! I also love natural looking make up as well, for a simpler look for a more casual day out! It is good to give your skin a break sometime instead of going I listed the top 6 trends down below! Here we go!

Top 2019 Beauty Trend #1 Glitter, Gloss, and Shimmer- I love everything that sparkles and that gives your lips a glossy feel! This year glitter, gloss, and shine are taking a dramatic twist on the glamorous look. We are seeing more shimmery bronzers and highlighters for a glowy summer look! Lip gloss is taking it to the max this year by coming out extra glossier giving your lips a shiny feel. On Valentino’s and Versace’s runway this year an evolution of the trend came in the form of jewel and foil finishes with sparkling lips! Shimmer and Gloss is my favorite beauty trend for 2019! The trend extends to nail art too, sealed under a gel top coat leaving the finish infinitely wearable and elevating a demure nude nail to something more indulgent perfect for party or festival season!

Top 2019 Beauty Trend #2 All or Nothing Nails- I love nail trends, because there are always fun and new designs coming up to spice up your mani/pedi! This year, crazy hot nail trends are coming to your beauty routine! In 2019, orbit nails, leopard print nails, and gem nails are a must for your next mani/pedi appointment! New York Fashion Week tends to be home to the most outlandish nail art of the season, and spring/summer 2019 did not disappoint. I am most excited to try out leopard nails! I love anything that is animal or leopard print because it is a classic and glamorous print to wear even not only on your clothes and accessories but on your manicure as well!

Top 2019 Beauty Trend #3 Golden Glow- Leave it to beauty queen and gru herself Fenty Beauty by Rihnna, to bring the glitter trend a must do trend to try for 2018! At Fenty’s fashion show, yellow gold highlighter was applied across models cheekbones. My favorite highlighter by Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle in the shade trophy wife can be put on generously over the cheekbones to create a more flattering dimensional look! Chanel did quite the same for their autumn/winter 2019 fashion show, with shades of gilded yellow! Welcome to a new era in conturing! I love highlighter! It was one of my favorite must have make up products to use in my make up routine

Top 2019 Beauty Trend #4 Headbands- Headbands are my go to accessory to wear in my hair, because they give your hair a pretty vibe and accessorize perfect to dress up a casual outfit! Hair accessories have been a growing trend over the past few beauty seasons, from clips to clasps, bows to barrettes. Spring/summer 2019, then, is undoubtedly the season of the headband, from the elasticated dancer styles at Christian Dior to the studded pretty satin versions at Prada. Also at Miu Miu, jeweled bow bands were seen in the models hair! I love wearing headbands because they make the perfect accessory to wear and they come in all fun prints and styles to choose from. You can dress them up or down as well!

Top 2019 Beauty Trend #5 French Red Lips- I love the classic red lip to wear for any occasion! Red lipstick is a gorgeous color to wear on any skin tone and it adds a pop of color to a simple make up look! What can be more French than a bold red lip? Paris Fashion Week, my personal favorite fashion week took on the classic trends with pillar box reds at Givenchy, coral tones at Chanel, and at Chloé which tends to be a showcase for natural minimal make up even made the case for a more moodier red. Finally at Moschino, burgundy and wine red hue tones appeared on the models on the runway! One thing I love about the French red lip trend, is that it can be worn on a casual date or even to a dressy occasion! Red lips look great with any outfit and not only do they add a pop of color to your lips, they add a sexy vibe to your make up look!

Top 2019 Beauty Trend #6 Bold Brows & Long Lashes- Bold brows and long lashes are my one of my favorite things to play around with in my make up routine. I love mascara and it is my favorite make up essential to have because I love how mascara always makes your lashes look fuller and bigger! Not only does mascara make your lashes look more dramatic and fuller, but they bring out your eyes and make them pop! Bold brows are fun to play around with because whenever you are applying your brow product they can bring out the natural arch and shape to your eyebrow by touching them up! Lustrous lashes, too, were still going strong on Chanel, Tom Ford and Prada showing off the most mascara heavy looks! This year, be ready for your make up to look on fleek with bold brows and long lashes!
