Hi babes,

Happy June and also a very late cheers to 2025! I am officially back from having a writer's block from blogging, after a year and a half. I took a year and a half off from blogging, to focus on myself and my son.

I was having a writer's block for a long time and I did not know what to write about for a long time. My mental health took a toll on me, from continuing to enjoy what my passions and hobbies are, such as writing.

I am excited to finally be back to blogging here on Kisses & Couture! Without further due, I give you today's blog article My 26th Birthday OOTD I hope you all enjoy today's long overdue blog post!

For my 26th Birthday, I decided I wanted to go one of my favorite Greek restaurants which is in Malibu. It is called Taverna Tony's. It's like being at a restaurant Santorini or Mykonos, but it's in Malibu. I've been to Taverna Tony's many times and the Greek food is so delicious! For my birthday, we started out with their famous dip with some pita bread. For our appetizer, we got the Dolmathes, which are their stuffed grape leaves. For our salad, we got the Horiatiki salad, which is a Greek salad without the lettuce. I love pepperoncinis and Kalamata olives, which are the Greek olives. For my entree, I got the Chilean Seabass, which was so yummy! It came with sauteed spinach my favorite and Greek potatoes! I was supposed to get the Branzino, but they sold out last minute. I came for the Branzino, but luckily I've had their Branzino before and I highly recommend it! For dessert, I got the Bougatsa, which is Greek spongecake. It was so good and a light dessert after having a whole Greek feast for dinner! I love Taverna Tony's and it's a great Greek restaurant to celebrate any birthday!

For my outfit, I wanted to go with a white maxi dress that has a slit with a keyhole cutout for the top, with a floral print, to give off Santorini and Mykonos vacation vibes! My dress is from one of my favorite brands! My dress was from Princess Polly. My dress I wore, is called the Kyanne Dress. My favorite part of my dress, was the high slit and the keyhole cutout at the top part of the dress. I love floral print too, which is a perfect print for a Spring birthday! My dress is perfect for a birthday dinner or a vacation outfit during a summer vacay in Greece! The floral print also made the dress pop with the pink Bougainvillea flowers outside of the restaurant, which are the flowers you see in Greece. I loved my dress, because it's my style which is girly, chic, and feminine!

For my shoes, I wore my Steve Madden rhinestone platform heels! I love these heels, because they made my pink gel pedicure stand out and the rhinestones added the perfect amount of glam, to go with my dress! For my purse, I wore my mom's vintage Chanel Classic Flap Black Purse! I love and adore my purse, because it's vintage Chanel and it's one of Karl Langerfeld's classic designs! Chanel is my favorite designer and my biggest fashion inspirations! For my jewelry, I decided to wear my grandma's gold and heart diamond pinky ring, and my diamond white gold Faith ring, to add some extra sparkle to finish off my birthday ootd!

As, I enter Chapter 26, I’m humbled to be alive and healthy! I’m hoping that 26 will bring me peace, love, happiness, joy, and many blessings from Hashem! 26 please be good and gentle to me! I am happy to finally be back to writing on my blog and this year, I will have a lot of fun and exciting blog articles to come! For my next blog post, it will be a beauty blog post! I will be writing about my make up look from my 26th Birthday! I hope you all enjoyed today's long over due blog post! Please do not forget to subscribe to my blog and share my blog to your family and friends! I appreciate all of your support and your love! See you all in my next blog post!

Love,

Lindsey
