Life Update! Where have I been?

Hey babes,
Happy Friday! Today is a special day because it is my birthday! I am twenty three years old today! I hope you all are doing well. Lately, I have been taking a break from blogging and I have not been writing much. In today's article, I am going to explain why I have been MIA for a while on Kisses & Couture.
Lately, I have been feeling blue and depressed. I am going through some personal stuff that I want to keep private. It has been a hard time the past two years, and I have been struggling with healing. I have been feeling sad, depressed, and anxiety for almost two years now. I'm at the tail end of my depression and I am ready to heal my mind, body, and soul. In today's article, I will be telling you about my journey to recovery.
I will not be on social media for three weeks starting on Tuesday. No Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, or blogging. The next threee weeks I'm going to be taking a social media detox to cleanse myself for three weeks. Hot girl summer is approaching around the corner, and I want to work on healing. I want to become the best, healthiest, happiest, and strongest version of myself this year. I am twenty three now and I want this year to be my best year yet!
The next three weeks I will be going through intensive threrapy, I'm going to be learning CBT and DBT skills, I will have my own life coach, and I will also have my own nutritionist to help me with my weight lost journey! I'm looking forward to my journey to recovery! It has been a tough time for me, but I am ready to focus on myself and my health.
