Top Six Summer 2021 Fashion Trends!!

I hope you are all doing well and enjoyed your spring break! I am back to blogging after returning from a relaxing spring break! I have some exciting news that I wanted to share you all about me. I am excited and proud to say that I have been accepted to Cal State Northridge for Fall 2021! I have been accepted into their Journalism program at CSUN. I will be majoring in Journalism for my BA degree with a minor in Fashion Merchandising! I am so excited to start a new chapter in my life at CSUN! I am also looking forward to try out for their dance team and join a sorority! I am graduating from my community college in two months earing my AA degree in Communication Studies! It's not easy being a single mom and a full-time student, but the sky is the limit!

I am also excited to say that I am fully vaccinated! I go the J & J vaccine, so I only needed one dose!

In today's article, I will be talking about my five favorite summer 2021 fashion trends, Summer is my favorite season and summer time fashion is also my favorite season in fashion! This summer 2021 will be different, because we have been in the pandemic for a year now. We all had our lazy quarantine fits, and get ready to look sexy this summer! I am definitely looking forward to having a hot girl summer and trying out these killer trends! I listed down below my top five fashion trends for summer 2021! I am looking forward to trying out these trends! Enjoy!

Summer Fashion Trend #1 Halter Tops- This popular '90s trend is coming back around, so be prepared to show off your clavicles. Pair this sexy top with your fave pair of jeans and a neutral sandal for a breezy summer look! I love halter tops, because they are super flirty and sexy for summer! Halter tops can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. For a dressier look, pair a halter top with a pair of jeans, strappy stiletto colorful heels, and a cute purse! I also love halter tops, because it is also a great way to show off your summer tan as well. Halter tops are also in for swimwear for this summer too!

Summer Fashion Trend #2 Side Cutouts- We love a little cut out moment around the torso. Anything to feel a cool breeze against your skin in those hot summer temps. Say bye to your go-to LBD because this dress will be your new favorite mini. Cut-outs worked their way into gowns, sheath dresses and slippery silks, spicing up conservative looks thanks to peekaboo glimpses of skin. I love side cutouts in mini dresses, because it is a sexier and edgier vibe! Cutouts dresses are a perfect date night look or a GNO!

Summer Fashion Trend #3 Bralettes- Brace yourselves for spring’s most stomach-clenching trend (after midriff flossing): bralettes are back! This trend will def come in handy when it's 90 degrees outside. I love bralettes, because they are super cute and flirty for summer! Bralettes look super sexy in lace for a dressier look. Pair a cute bra top with a trendy pair of pants, stilettos, and a chic purse for the perfect summer date night look. One of my favorite stores to get the sexiest and cutest bra tops is Victoria's Secret!

Summer Fashion Trend #4 Living Room Disco- The new season’s crop of sparkly numbers semaphore relaxed glamour. I love anything with a sequin or glitter detail, because I would describe my style as glamorous and chic! I would definitely say that this trend is a perfect to try if you have a summer wedding you're attending or a fancy event! Pair a sparkly top with a pair of black silk pants and a pair of pumps for an elegant and chic look. Sparkly purses are also a great way to spice up your outfit for a dressier occasion! Sparkly jackets add an extra flair to your outfit as well.

Summer Fashion Trend #5 Hot Pink- It's all about the hottest pink hues this season. No pastels here! Hot pink is such an empowering and bright color to wear this summer. Pink is my favorite color and I love anything outfit that has a shade of pink in it. Pink is such a girly and flirty color and it looks super chic with any outfit! Hot pink is perfect for summer because it adds a pop of color to your outfit. Hot pink contrasts with black as well! I recommend trying a hot pink off-the-shoulder maxi the next time you want to dress up. This style is absolutely dreamy!

Summer Fashion Trend #6 Mini Skirts- Skirts are here and they're shorter than ever. I love mini skirts, because they show off my legs and they look super cute! Mini skirts are a sexy edition to your wardrobe and they show off your figure! I love wearing mini skirts, because I feel most confident in them! Pair a sexy mini skirt with a crop top, or a bodysuit for a perfect hot girl summer look. I also recommend pairing a cream mini skirt with neutrals and a simple sandal, or wear sneakers if you want to dress it down more.
